We already use Xero. Can you just take over?
Yes. We will review how the file has been kept, tidy what needs tidying and agree who does what from here. Plenty of clients keep raising their own invoices while we do everything else.
Is our data safe in the cloud?
The major platforms encrypt data in transit and at rest and are far more resilient than a laptop or an office server. We also set up sensible user permissions so people see only what they should.
