Before you get in touch
Do I need to come to you?
No. The initial consultation works equally well by phone, video call or in person at Oaktree House. Plenty of our clients are elsewhere in the UK and we have never met some of them face to face.
How do your fees work?
Fees are agreed in advance, before any work starts, and anything beyond the agreed scope is discussed with you first. You will never open an invoice and find a surprise.
I already have an accountant. Is switching a hassle?
Less than you would think. With your permission we contact your current accountant, collect your records and handle the HMRC side, so there is no awkward conversation for you. See how switching works.

A person, not an automated sequence, reads your enquiry and comes back to you by your preferred contact method to arrange your consultation.
